Security and Visibility - Our state of the art on line technology and encryption provide 24/7 on line access to verify funds on deposit. Whether it is 2:00 in the afternoon or 2:00 in the morning our clients can verify the location, amount of funds and interest accrued.
- Funds are placed in separate F.D.I.C. insured multi-billion dollar institutions, in segregated accounts, requiring client signature before funds can be transferred, and transaction funds issued bank guarantee.
- SB1031 has never and contractually will not commingle funds.
- As further protection, contractually we guarantee that no client exchange funds on deposit can ever be sold to third parties through purchasing our company.
- We do not view client exchange funds on deposit as assets of our company they are our clients assets we respectfully act as the fiduciaries during the 180 day exchange period.
